Inspiration

My MA work, Memories of Place, is rooted in place and developed in response to Sawbridge, a small hamlet in Warwickshire, UK. This open countryside and natural English landscape holds deep personal significance, serving as both a sanctuary and a source of inspiration. My focus is inward and autobiographical, drawing on personal memory and emotional connections within a topographical reference, distilled into my own sculptural language.

The photographs presented here formed part of the initial research for Memories of Place, offering visual references that informed the early development of the work.
