Stand & Deliver - nature vessel

This has been fun to make - the idea started as a bird’s nest inspired by the blackbird nest outside the kitchen window, but has now developed into a column/plinth idea, as a way to present a highly desired item of food (yet to be decided). I made it in black Vulcan clay, which once fired will come out as a brown/black. Now off to the drying room.
